The purpose of selection and placement practices is to include candidates who can keep up with the corporate culture and thus to achieve sustainable success. It is aimed to make purchases that will support the vision and mission of the Institution without discrimination in the selection and placement process. Our priority criteria in recruitment; Depending on the position, sometimes technical knowledge and skills are gained on the job, and sometimes experienced and competent people are preferred.
FUNCTIONING OF THE PROCESS
Human resources and department managers work together in the competency-based selection and placement process, which is structured to ensure that candidates are placed in the right job. It invites the candidate for an interview by managing the pre-evaluation process for the people to be evaluated who come to Human Resources over the internet. Then, the candidate is interviewed with the department manager so that the professional knowledge of the candidate can be evaluated. Upon completion of the selection process, the result is notified to the candidate. When the process is positive, interviews are held with the places where the candidate has worked before. If the reference research is positive, it is forwarded to the General Manager and with the approval of the General Manager, the candidate is given a Recruitment Document List.
