General Patient Visitor Rules
Hospital management allows visiting hours between 10:00-22:00 on weekdays and 08:00-22:00 on weekends. Outside of these hours, permission must be obtained from authorized persons to visit.
All kinds of belongings brought by the visitors, if necessary, will not be allowed to be taken to the services for the reasons of patient and employee safety.
Control of compliance with the principles of patient visits; It is under the control of service workers, hospital security guard and night manager.
In our hospital, children under the age of 12 should not visit patients in order to avoid the risk of infection and adversely affect children.
No more than two visitors are received at the same time for a patient, and patient visits should not be longer than 15 minutes.
Nothing should be eaten or drunk at the bedside, no food should be given to other patients staying in the same room, and no food should be brought to the service.
Against the risk of infection, visitors should not use the patient's belongings, sit on the patient's beds, and not use the patient's areas / items such as towels and glasses.
Hands should be washed before and after the visit.
During the treatment and examination procedures of our patients, visitors are expected to leave the room and pay attention to patient privacy.
If the visit of our patients is prohibited by their physician for medical reasons, the visit should not be insisted on.
In order to protect our patients from infection, soil flowers are not accepted in patient rooms. You can leave them outside the room.
It is strictly forbidden for our visitors to smoke in the hospital garden and in the areas at least 10 meters close to the hospital garden within the closed area of the hospital.
During the visit of the patient, no noise should be made and loud speech should not be made.
Medical devices belonging to patients should not be touched.
If you have contagious diseases such as colds and flu, visiting a patient is inconvenient.
In order to provide better service to patients and their relatives, you can leave your opinions and suggestions about the health facility in the "wish-complaint" boxes.
At the end of the visiting hour, patients should leave the rooms without waiting for the warnings of the staff.
